I loved this program!! First of all, I want to share my experience and why I took the Master of Face Yoga Program. A little bit about me so you understand my background. I am a Certified Health Coach, Shamanic Reiki Master, Ageless Grace Educator and a B3 BFR Bands Certified Coach. As a Health Coach, I wanted something in addition to help enhance my client’s overall well-being when they look in the mirror and to also help me with the aging process. As my clients look to me for help and inspiration, I wanted to help myself!! This program was exactly what I was looking for and now I can pass on the knowledge gained so my clients can work the muscles of their face as well as their body for a total package experience. The best part about this program was that it was done online so that I can study and review the material when I had the time. The syllabus was easy to follow and the program gave you a lot of information from the bones & muscles of the face, facial tools to use to help enhance the skins appearance, to ways to help with common facial issues such as bags under the eyes. The program also had live sessions with Dora that helped to strengthen the concepts that we were learning. In addition, Dora had well-know guest speakers that truly enhanced the program! With each modular, the course built upon all subject matter and went into detail and the handouts given are what I refer back to when I need additional support. There was also information/videos links to explain the modular’s even better at the end of each session.
I love that Dora is passionate and extremely knowledgeable. She is personable and truly cares about giving you the most accurate information to be successful. She also took the time to respond back to me quickly when I had questions. In all, I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to age gracefully and stay youthful with or without the use of needles or surgery. This program will not disappoint. ❤️
